Here's a pretty cool bit of info. I always like to know what's the zeitgeist; what's happening in the universal consciousness. Well a good way to get an idea about the zeitgeist is to check out Google Zeitgeist; it has information about popular topics and what people are searching for. There's an article in AsiaNews.it about the most commonly searched questions for 2007, and the top question in the "who is ..." category is "who is God?" It's a good question but I don't know if you're going to get the answer with Google (no offense to Google).
In the "what is" category, people wanted an answer to Haddaway's immortal question: what is love? I found it quite bizaare that the #1 question for "how to ..." is "how to kiss?" And I wonder who was searching that, or if they were all kids under 15.
In terms of the overall most-searched for question, it was love first, kiss second, and God third.
