Alice's Finnish fury

Source: Uutiset

Alice Cooper has been banned from a show he was to perform at Tampere Areena Oy, Finland. The owners of the arena cancelled the event due to Alice's un-Christian ideals. Vincent Furnier (Alice's alter ego) happens to be a born-again Christian, but that's besides the point. The arena that he was scheduled to perform is managed by a Lutheran revivalist group and they didn't want him there because their contract states that no artists may perform there who 'incite evil and the power of darkness'. I didn't even know that he did incite evil and the power of darkness; I wonder if they have evidence of this. The main question I have is why did they book him if they already knew what he does. His gimmick is kind of evil but not really, but as he took his name from a 17th-century witch, orthodox Christians may have a problem with his style.
