Infinity

You are probably wondering why I haven't been very active on the blog for a while, and in the absence of regular posts, you may have had to resort to reading other blogs. Well I am writing now to announce that The Infinite Blog is no longer operational! For various reasons I have decided it is in the best interests of all concerned that I cease and desist. However, I am not leaving you without a viable alternative for your informational needs. I am now putting my support behind Infinite Frequencies; the podcast and blog from my friends Harvey Plankers and Phillip Moreso. Harvey and Phillip cover similar infinite material. They discuss news, current events, culture, and various miscellaneous and offbeat ideas. The links are:

Lady Gaga for mind control

A very interesting article on The Vigilant Citizen gives a great discussion on the enigmatic character and rumoured hermaphrodite known as Lady Gaga. Analysing the symbolism that she incorporates into her videos and horrible fashion, the article suggests the possibility that Lady Gaga may be an illuminati puppet. Looking at various photos and videos, there does seem to be a lot of occult imagery and allusions to mind control. There is no doubt that she uses symbolism in her act, but it's not clear what the intention is. Lady Gaga may even be being used as a spokesman for the new world order. Check out this interesting article and make up you own mind. Read article here.

Flying object over lake

Here is an interesting story about a possible UFO or pterodactyl sighting. This article titled UFO or pterodactyl over Argentinian lake?< lays out the story of Rafael Pino, who saw this object hovering over a lake and took photos on his phone. He originally didn't want to identify himself because he was scared of being ridiculed, but has since realised that 'seeing a UFO does not make you mad'. I completely agree, but it's not at all clear that he did see a UFO. I'm not so sure it's a pterodactyl either. I think lately there's been some sightings of flying things that people think may be pterodactyls, so maybe there's some ideas that pterodactyls could still be in circulation. There are two photos with this article, and the second one does actually look like a dragon. This may be a cryptozoological find. Rafael says: 'I was excited and I do believe life must exist on other planets'. After Rafael came forward, another local gentlemen claimed to have seen the same thing.

It could also be the legendary Thunderbird or Mothman.

Time-prompt baby

In July I wrote a post about the time-prompt phenomenon with regards to an 11 year-old boy who got 11 strikes in a row. Now here's another bit of time-prompt news that I found interesting. A baby was born in Wisconsin on the impressive date of 9/09/09. Not only was he born on the 9 date but he was also born at 9:09 am AND weighed 9 pounds, 9 ounces. I think this little critter is in for an interesting life going by his auspicious entry. It would be interesting to get a numerological interpretation of what this could mean; please comment or email if you have any ideas. Keep an eye out for this guy in the future; his name is Henry Michael Berendes. Read the article here.

Alice's Finnish fury

Source: Uutiset

Alice Cooper has been banned from a show he was to perform at Tampere Areena Oy, Finland. The owners of the arena cancelled the event due to Alice's un-Christian ideals. Vincent Furnier (Alice's alter ego) happens to be a born-again Christian, but that's besides the point. The arena that he was scheduled to perform is managed by a Lutheran revivalist group and they didn't want him there because their contract states that no artists may perform there who 'incite evil and the power of darkness'. I didn't even know that he did incite evil and the power of darkness; I wonder if they have evidence of this. The main question I have is why did they book him if they already knew what he does. His gimmick is kind of evil but not really, but as he took his name from a 17th-century witch, orthodox Christians may have a problem with his style.

Obama to the rescue

Continuuing on with my cascade of Obama-related items, I found an interesting video set to music that depicts Barrack Obama as a superhero. The world seems to have been swept into Obama fever since he was elected, and many see him as a kind of superhero who will answer their prayers. He is not a superhero of course, and this neat little animation parodies the idea of Obama as savior. I have a link here to Bruce Eisner's Vision Thing where you'll find a short article to accompany this flash video.

Manson's mind mansion

Source: Wired

Charlie Manson - enigmatic nutbag, swastika carver, and apocalyptic mind controller - is well-known for his musical exploits. In fact, I have listened to some of his recordings and quite enjoy his vague dreamy psychedelic style. He uses his time in prison to think about his life and develop his creativity, resulting in some interesting outcomes. Now his latest album One Mind has been released with a Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-Share Alike 2.0 license, which means that it can be downloaded and distributed (noncommercially) for free. This is a great opportunity to take a glimpse into the tortured soul of the man who is regarded by many as pure evil. Download for free and listen to tracks in reverse for secret messages.
